Hello, world

This site now has a blog. This is the obligatory first post.

The plan is to write occasionally about building ThunderPhone: what it takes for an AI agent to hold up on a real phone call, where the hard problems actually are, and what we got wrong before getting it right. Some posts may wander into side projects, or genealogy.

I make no promises about cadence. If posts show up here more than a few times a year, something has gone unusually well.
